Kytons raspberry lamingtons are a fantastic twist on Kytons signature lamington. Cut them through the middle to show off the pink sponge inside! Great as they are for school lunches, afternoon or morning tea, or get a little fancy, cut them lengthwise and serve with and traditional and coffee varieties cut the same way for a colourful lamington platter.
Due to the low level of preservatives and very moist chocolately chocolate coating, Kytons lamingtons should be kept refrigerated or alternatively stored in the freezer.
