Full of Australian dried fruit, soaked in brandy then aged for at least 6 months to make it a Christmas Pudding to remember. NOTE: This product is currently available for sale online with delivery in the Adelaide Metro area. Free shipping for orders of $100 or more.
We start with premium grade Australian raisins, currants and sultanas as well as dates and apples soaking in Australian brandy. We bake these to a traditional recipe with aromatic ground spices into a decadent Christmas pudding. Then we do something special we let the pudding mature for at least 6 months, intensifying the aromas and flavours creating a Christmas pudding to remember
