We start with top quality dried apricots from the Riverland, soak them to get the strongest possible apricot flavour, then bake them into a delicious pie, topped with our special crumble mix.
Serves 4-6 Heating Instructions: Remove pie from box and plastic bag, leave in foil tray and place on rack in centre of oven, preheated to 170°C. Heat for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and leave stand for 5 minutes prior to serving. Microwave heating not recommended.
